In 2004 he graduated with honors from the electromechanical faculty of Tynyshbaev Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications specialized in "Cars" with the qualification of "Engineer". From 2011 to 2013, he had studied and graduated with honors from Kazakh Railway University with a degree of “Organization of transportation, traffic and transport operation”, and received a degree of the master of technical sciences. In the framework of additional education, from 2017 to 2018, he had completed a training program with MBA degree in Alma U.
He started his working career at “YRYSTY-AEVRZ” JSC, where he had worked from 2004 to 2005 as a engineer-technologist. In October 2005, he moved to “TransRefService” LLP as a leading specialist of the technical department.

February – December, 2008 – the Deputy Director for forwarding of “Trans RefService” LLP;

From July, 2012 to May, 2013, he had held a position of the General Director of “Universal Logistics” LLP.
Since June, 2014 – the Founder and General Director of “Interlog multimodal” LLP.
From November, 2018 – the Founder and Chairman of the Board of KIT Association of Entrepreneurs.
From March 26, 2019 he had assumed the duties of the Chairman of the Board (General Director) of “Kaztemirtrans” JSC.
In 1995 he graduated from Almaty Energy Institute as a “heat and power engineer” specialized in “Thermal power stations”, in 2003 - Omsk State Transport University as an “engineer of railways- mechanic" specialized in "Wagons".
In 1992 he began his labor activity in the car depot No. 6 of Ekibastuz station, where at first he had been worked as a repairman of the third rank of the rolling stock in the wheel-rolling workshop, then turner and master of the same workshop until 1997.
In 1998, he moved to “Akmola Railroad” ANE as a deputy chief of the depot for current repairs of Ekibastuz station.
In 2002, he continued to work as a deputy director for the repair of Ekibastuz-2 at “Infrastructure of the RNE “KTZ-“Ekibastuz Operational Train Shed” ANE.
From 2003 to 2013 he worked in the branch of “Bogatyr Trans” LLP – “Ekibastuz train shed” as a deputy director of the repair depot, deputy director of the repair branch, from 2011 to 2013 - he was the director of the branch.
From February 2013 to December 2016, he continued his labor activity in “Kamkor Wagon” LLP as a Deputy General Director for Production, Chief Engineer, Director of “Pavlodar WRD”, the branch of “Kamkor Wagon” LLP.
From December 2016 to June 2017 he worked in “KTZ - Cargo Transportation” JSC as the Chief Manager of the 1st level of the Department of Car Economy.
Since June 19, 2017 he has been the director of “Directorate of the car fleet”, the branch of “Kaztemirtrans” JSC.
Since April 18, 2018 he has been the Vice President for Production of “Kaztemirtrans” JSC.
He was appointed the Acting Chairman of the Board (the General Director) of “Kaztemirtrans” JSC by the decision of the Board of Directors of “NC “KTZ” dated July 5, 2018.
In 2001 she graduated from L.N.Gumilev Eurasian State University majoring in “Economics and Management in Social Spheres” with a degree of “Economist – Manager”. As part of additional education, she graduated from Swiss International Business School (SBS) with a degree in Master of Business Administration for Executives, with an EMBA degree. Since 2011, he has been the holder of the Diploma of International Financial Reporting, Diploma of Professional Accountant of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
B.K. Rakhmatullina began to work as an accountant of Tselinograd RCS in 1983. From 1992 to 2006 she has worked as a Chief Accountant in such organizations as the representative office of “NC “Prodcorporation” CJSC, “Fund for Financial Support of Agriculture” CJSC, “KazAgroFinance” CJSC, “Kazakhoil-Security” JSC, “KSB Group” OJSC, “Kazakhstankaspiishelf” JSC. From 2007 to 2014 she has held positions of the financial analyst in “Sovereign wealth fund “Kazyna” JSC, Deputy Head of the Strategic Development Service, Head of the Internal Control and Audit in “Prodcorporation” JSC, Director of the Accounting and Reporting Department - Chief Accountant in “Damu” Kasіpkerlik damytu kory” JSC.
In July 2014, B.K. Rakhmatullina joined “KTZ Express” JSC, the subsidiary organization of “NC” KTZ” JSC, as a Director of the Department of Budgeting and Accounting - Executive Director. In 2015, she was appointed to the post of Vice-President for Economics and Finance, in November 2017 - to the position of Vice-President for Finance of “KTZ Express” JSC.
In April 2018, she was appointed a Deputy General Director for Finance of “Kaztemirtrans” JSC.
In 1994 he graduated from Almaty Automobile and Road Institute specialized in “Automobiles and Automotive Economy” with the qualification of Engineer- Mechanic, in 2002 he graduated from Almaty State University named after Abay with the diploma in “Jurisprudence”. In the framework of additional education, he graduated from Moscow International Higher Business School (MIRBIS) with a Master of Business Administration degree. He is a Candidate of Technical Sciences.
He began his labor activity in “Karaspan” LLP as a commercial director in 1994. From 1997 to 1999, he had worked at “Alma Oil” LLP as a Deputy General Director, “Oil Company “NS” LLP - as a General Director, and from 1999 to 2002 he had been a Chief Trader in “Kazakhoil” CJSC and “Kazakhoil Products” LLP.
In February 2002, he transferred to public service in the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a Deputy Director for General Issues, in March of the same year he became a Deputy Business Manager in the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation.
From 2003 to 2011, he had worked as a director in Representative Office in Moscow, the branch of “NC “KazMunayGas” JSC.
From January 2012 to March 2013, he had served as a Chairman of the Board of “Neftesintez” RPE LLC (Moscow).
From 2014 to December 2018, he had worked as a Deputy General Director for Legal and Personnel Issues in “Mangistaumunaygas” JSC, the subsidiary organization of “NC “KazMunayGas” JSC.
From December 20, 2018 he has been appointed a Deputy General Director of “Kaztemirtrans” JSC.
He has awards, including the Diploma of the Vice-Premier of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2000), the Certificate of Honor of the Ambassador of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation (2002), “Kurmet” order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2017).
He was born on September 5, 1960. In 1981 he graduated from Moscow Institute of engineers of railway transport of Lenin’s order and the order of the Red Banner of Labor with diploma in "Accounting" and qualification "Economist".
In 1981he began to work at Chui branch of Alma-Ata railway as the inspector on control of expenses of the financial department, then in September, 1983 he was appointed as the senior accountant of Chui division of protective afforestation, and in May, 1984 he became the Chief Accountant of Chui division of power supply where he worked till May, 1996.
In May 1996, he was appointed the Chief Accountant of the Centralized Accounting of Dzhambul branch of Alma-Ata railway.
Since August, 1997 to March, 2002 he has worked in "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" RSE as the head of the accounting department - Chief Accountant of the main Department of Finance and Accounting, then the Chief Accountant "Cargo Transportation" DCT , the subsidiary company of "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" RSE. Since July, 2002 to February, 2004, he has held the position of the Head of the Department of Economy and Finance of Car Department of "NC "KTZ" CJSC.
In February 2004, he joined "Kaztemirtrans" JSC as the head of the Accounting Department. Since 2004 to 2017 M.N.Uzenbaev has held positions of the Director of the Accounting Department, the Chief Accountant.
Since December, 2017 he has been appointed the Chief Accountant – the Director of the Accounting Department of "Kaztemirtrans" JSC.
From 1999 to 2003, he had studied at Republican Specialized Physics and Mathematics School named after O.A.Zhautykov, the academician. In 2008 he graduated from Kazakh National Technical University named after K.I.Satpaev, specialized in “Automation and informatization in control systems” with a degree of the engineer.
He began his career in “Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan” JSC as a manager of the Department of Support and Development of Corporate Reporting in January 2008. In May 2008, he was transferred to the position of the senior manager of the Data Warehouse Support Division of the Department of Support and Development of Corporate Reporting.
In 2010, he joined “National Company “KazMunaiGas” JSC as a manager of the second category of the Department of Information Technologies and Implementation of QCS.
2011–2013 - Manager of the Information Technologies Department of “National Atomic Company “KazAtomProm” JSC.
2015 - 2016 - Director of the Information Technologies Department of “Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline” LLP.
From July, 2017 to December, 2017 he had been a Head of the Information Technologies Service of “United Chemical Company” LLP.
From January, 2018 to February, 2019 - Head of Service Sales Department (Technical Director) of “Softline Services” LLP.
In April 2019, he was appointed the Managing Director for Information Technologies of “Kaztemirtrans” JSC.
He has a higher education. He graduated from Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications with a degree in “Carriage Economy”.
After graduation in 1998, he went to work at Atbasar car and repair depot as a foreman of the forge and machine shop, and in 1999 he was transferred to the position of the master of the car-assembly shop.
In 2000, he moved to Astana operational depot, where he had worked as an engineer-technologist at the production and technical department, car inspector, head of the production and technical department, and head of the car maintenance centre at Atbasar station until 2002.
2003 – the instructor for training of Almaty operational depot, inspector for traffic safety of the South branch of the car economy of “NC“KTZ” JSC;
2004 – the chief engineer of Almaty branch of “Kazzheldortrans” JSC;
2005 – the Deputy Director for Production of “Transrefservice” LLP, the subsidiary of “Kedentransservice” JSC;

In April 2019, he was appointed the Deputy General Director for Operation of “Kaztemirtrans” JSC.
In 2000, he graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Railway with a degree in “Transportation Process Management” and qualification of “Engineer”.
He studied at the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Service under the President of the Russian Federation in Moscow, the Institute of Business and Business Administration, which he graduated with a degree in “Marketing” in 2016.
He began his career at “Oktyabrskaya Railway”, the Federal State Unitary Enterprise in 2000. From 2001 to 2007, he had worked in various transport-related companies.
In 2007, he was appointed the Commercial Director of “Inter Freight” LLC, the company organizing the transportation of goods by sea, rail and road transport.
